Over my career I had the opportunity to work in 2 different but complementary backgrounds.

I had the privilege to practice in institutions such as Rothschild, Michel Roux (London), Foxhills-mansion 4 stars (London), or even "The Bofinger» (La Bastille) as well as in less known but just as fabulous institutions such as the 'Castle of the Isle' (Civray Touraine)"The Gibson"or even"the gateway of Clair de Lune (Dinard). These 2 universes allowed me to acquire expertise and be able to pass on my skills by combining quality and passion.

Today I was able to open my own restaurant in which I want to combine simplicity, tradition, quality and friendliness which is me.

For this reason, that from 2016 I will propose, in addition to the cakes and pancakes, a "Revenue happy MOM" menu du midi and a special menu for the evening. I will also offer to organize meals tailored for all occasions and evenings on the theme of our region. All these events will be to consult on the website of "La Ronde des Crêpes – News".
